Western Tokyo, Tokyo Prefecture hotel rooms at the Prince Hotels

I found the hotel very cool and interesting, comfortable and clean. The area it was in was great! The only issue is that The lighting in the entry way made it quite difficult for the tablet to read the QR code for check in but eventually got past that .

Excellent and Valuable price…

I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

Beautiful location. Quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful with every question and need.

Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels

I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness. I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service. We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. Great property centrally located

We sat outside with the provided breakfast each day, with NO traffic noise, as the hotel fronts on a Bike/Hike path. It was very sociable and pleasant, and sets a wonderful tone to start the day. The attached coffeeshop is also popular with the dogwalkers, so the front patio is cheerful and fluffy every day.

Communication in English could be improved.

I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!

The clean room, bedding, and new open-air bath were the best bathing time to feel the green and scent of the trees. The amount of food is appropriate and good. All-inclusive snacks are nice if there are more salty things. I'm grateful that I had a very comfortable and wonderful time. The staff were all smiling and very kind.

Nice stay, very clean and very extraordinary

I was nice that it was located close to the station, the baths were very relaxing, breakfast was a bonus, and the late check-out made it convenient with my flight departure.

Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor.

Great place to stay

Hotel was in a very convenient location - close to subway and tons of dining options available. Very close to large grocery store as well. What I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it was despite the busy area. The accommodations are excellent as well - clean and spacious. Staff very responsive as well. Will not hesitate to stay there again next time we come back to Japan.
