"We asked for a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and was really lucky to have a great view of the Tokyo Night and Light projection show! We could not hear the sound and music from the room (which was good because it meant that we couldn't hear any outside noise), but some of the music is available on the website. The hotel is very large so sometimes the elevator takes a while. The location was very convenient to Shinkuju station as well as Tochomae station.
Also, the bell captain desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient (takkyubin) with setting up luggage forwarding service all the way to Kansai KIX Airport. Thank you so much!"
"Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip. "
"Shinagawa Prince Hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable experience -- on-property restaurants as well as close proximity to other restaurants, shopping, and across from the Shinagawa Station. Very convenient."
"The room was compact to say the least but it was clean, the staff were so helpful and you couldn’t ask for a better location… right in the thick of it "
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
2/10 Terrible
"My family & I were extremely excited for our stay here to be extremely disappointed in the end. For what we paid for not worth it. From the moment we checked in we had problems with our check in which I did not understand when we communicated with the hotel a month or two prior from our stay. The 2 rooms we had are outdated only thing that was outstanding was the view of the tower. House keeping 10/10. The sky tower restaurant is where it got slightly weird and uncomfortable for my family and I. We wanted to check it out to make rsvp for my birthday but the lady in the front said everything was booked and bar area as well. She stated they closed at 9pm so of course we left and came back the following day. We checked in with the same lady and once again she tried to tell us it was completely booked. we clearly saw available seating at the bar she tried to make us pay for a view when we told her multiple times we wanted the bar area that was free. Took us 15-20 mins to be seated when no one was there or waiting. The service at the restaurant was clearly not it. Throughout our stay we felt ignored and profiled. We weren’t sure if it was because we were Americans or Hispanic or even both. In the end of check out they tried to charge us for something that we never took from the fridge. By then I was extremely happy to be checking out from the hotel but sad that our trip was ending in disappointment and anger from our stay. "
"I booked room with 3 beds, good for more space than room with 1 bed. The location is convenient to shop and eat, even take a train pretty close too. "
