"Very nice hotel, the rooms were comfortable and it’s in the heart of of Shibuya."

"Hotel is conveniently located near Shibuya Station. It is an uphill walk, manageable with luggage but could be a challenge for some. Close to everything, walking distance also to Meiji. There is a Family Mart next door, a few restaurants in the lobby and below. Very good value for the money. Very clean and well kept. Rooms are on the smaller side. Pillows and beds were ok, we found the lobby and rooms to be warmer than we liked, with air conditioning not really functioning."

"Avoid this place if you value fresh air. Tiny rooms with NO air conditioning and windows that DON’T open. It's like sleeping in a small, hot box. Incredibly uncomfortable and not worth the money."
