"Even though the rooms were a little small they were very well equipped and very comfortable. They have everything we needed for our stay. We spent a very comfortable four nights at the hotel. We thought the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices if you like a Japanese breakfast. Helpful staff. Very useful to have a laundry as well we used the coin washing machines as we are travelling for over three weeks."

"Cannot say enough good things about REI Kichijoji. The breakfast alone is worth the stay. If i am fortunate enough to return to Tokyo, i will stay here again. Kichijoji is such a great area."

"Breakfast is Japanese style, so don't expect anything continental. Staff is mostly helpful some do not speak English. Room gets cleaned only once a week which seems alittle inadequate. Single rooms are small by US standards. Other than that hotel is clean and well maintained. All eminities are available in the lobby or other floors. Bathroom is on a raised platform which was somewhat annoying. I would stay here because of its proximity to the rail/bus/taxi station."

"Staff was extremely friendly. There were free amenities on site. Had to pay for breakfast tho. And I couldn't use the bath house due to my tattoos. I liked that there was an easy to use laundry room on site but I didn't like that there was no gym at the hotel."

"The hotel was very nice and the view from our room was really pretty especially at night. The lobby was gorgeous. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked having a separate shower and tub."
