"Location was great, less than 5min walk from Shimbashi station. Room was very clean and the daily cleaning service was excellent. The rooms and hotel corridors are a little tied in some areas. "The room was clean and the amenities were good. However, the Room size is shockingly small. The bed isn’t a King size bed, but rather about 4 feet wide, so not wide enough for 2 Adults to sleep comfortably. There’s barely any space to open a suitcase. The view from the room was good as well. The staff was friendly and helped us with Luggage forwarding and any queries we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth."
