Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area. Good location, within walking distance of transport and convenience stores. Staff at the hotel reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean with good amenities. We were travelling as a family of 4 including children and the room was very comfortable and spacious.
