"The HVAC is controlled centrally, and supposedly the air conditioning was still on but my room was hot quite frequently with no way to adjust. The room was the smallest I've ever stayed in when visiting Japan, and that says a lot. The picture on Expedia did not do a good job showing how small the room was. That said, the cost per night that included a very nice breakfast down the street at a Gusto was very reasonable.
Pro's: location, cost per night that included a very good breakfast, clean room and bathroom
Con's: no way to adjust the room temperature in spite of a few switches (not working???), very small room, complimentary coffee machine in lobby has pretty lousy coffee"
