"When I checked in they didn’t have my reserved room available. I had to put up a fight to get an upgraded room. It took over 45 min to check in. It was 11pm and we were tired!"

"Upon arrival, we were asked if we wanted to upgrade the suites, to which I agreed. However; the upgraded suites were poorly appointed and while we were promised an excellent view, our view was the top of mechanicals for the building. It was not worth the upgrade."

"Horrible stay and staff team"

"The staff was excellent, they where at best, I booked this hotel because it look beautiful on the outside, but the rooms were not so great. My tv was not functioning, the ac made a weird dripping noise, there was no microwave, the ice machine broke, but everything was good at the lobby, the restaurant food was great, the shuttle to Disneyland was great as well, the staff was so great! But the buses where old, I believe staff did it’s best on what they got! That’s why I gave a overall score of 3 stars.. thank you. "
