"We had issues with cleanliness. There were hairs on the bathroom counter, nightstands, and in towels. There was an area of the floor that had dried mud on it - which made us think the floor wasn't vacuumed or mopped before we arrived. There was garbage under the bunk bed. Lastly, the toilet would always fill and swirl forever before flushing - we didn't know if it was just old or needed maintenance - but it ended up overflowing and flooded the bathroom which was pretty gross. We went to the front counter for help but nobody was there. Our a/c unit made horrible clanking noises and we could hear every car drive by on the road - so it was very loud. We used white noise to sleep. The breakfast staff was very nice and helpful. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool."
