โA lovely ocean side resort. Spectacular views and an easy walk into town along the waterside. The surrounding boardwalks have amazing views and feel very safe. Our booking included a continental breakfast which had a good range of cereals, danishes, yoghurt, fruit, toast/breads, juice/coffee. It was lovely but by day 3-5 I was craving variety and a cooked breakfast. Pack a warm jumper as it can be cool in the morning when having breakfast when it is windy (July).
We will definitely return....
โVery valuable on that price. I just stayed for one day for short trip. Service was absolutely nice. Friendly staff, good location to main street. โ
โItโs a beautiful place and all the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in your well-being and that you have the best time ever. We were able to truly relax from our busy jobs. โ
โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whitsunday Sands Resort. The staff, the unit, the grounds and the view were all magnificent. We were weary travellers and the facilities in the kitchen and the comfortable bed and couch perked us right up. Great value - Thankyouโ
โVery clean and convenient property located close to main street of Airlie beach. Walkable from port of Airlie and a very short walk to the beach area. Appt had laundry and dishwasher. clean and tidy with great views. We would go back. โ
โIssue with out room however promptly compensated. We also had to leave early due to a death in our family. The hotel refunded the rest of our nights. The hotel is well kept, the food is fantastic and the staff are really nice. Weโve stayed elsewhere before this hotel takes the cakes โ
โAs you are in an Island , you have to rely on their food options and restaurant, this would be shocking when you have a child and been told the food is finished or all the tables have been reserved! they should know how many guest on the Island to ensure the variety and enough food in reasonable prices available for everyone. โ
