Mantra Club Croc
8/10 Good
"Room was adequate. Stair only access to the cheaper rooms"
InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Had a fantastic trip here. Facilities were excellent, however the hotel was looking a little dirty and tired. Considering the price per night, and the extremely high prices for all the food and beverages, I would have thought this would have been a bit more up to scratch. Most of the staff were very friendly."

10/10 Excellent
"Clean apartment, very convenient location (5 min walking distance to grocery store and restaurants), great facilities (landry inside the apartment, multiple pools and onsite parking). Unfortunately checkout rules were strict with no flexibility."

What truly elevated the experience was the response from leadership. Rebecca, the General Manager, was exceptional: thoughtful, responsive, attentive, and genuinely interested in feedback. Her professionalism and accountability significantly improved the remainder of our stay. Beach Club dinner was another standout, with warm staff, relaxed pacing, and beautifully prepared food and cocktails. Overall, qualia delivers an extraordinary setting and many memorable moments. While there were some early service inconsistencies, the property’s beauty, excursions, dining, and strong leadership respon"
