โThe View was a wonderful find. Our room was spacious and clean with facilities that you would expect in a top notch hotel. It was great to sit on the private patio and look out across the countryside. Staff were very polite and friendly. Food was good with a varied choice of breakfast items. โ

โGreat for Peak District, lively pub with atmospheare...well prepared food at reasonanle prices and nice and quiet after 11 or so.... full breakfast with options. Really enjoyed a one nighr stop and would return whrn next out hiking!โ
โIt's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay.โ
โCharming, comfortable, very well equipped cottage in beautiful surroundings. Host family were very welcoming, and helped to make our little getaway run smoothly. โ
โLovely 15th century pub with lots of character and beautiful setting. Family run and they really couldnโt have done any more to help us and make our stay a good one. Food exceptional. โ
โGreat service, very kind and friendly check in. The rooms are simple and you have to pay for the towels, but then again- the price of accommodation definitely justifies the payment for extras. Has a bar, open until 11pm. And it is genuinely all you need for a night stay. Also offers breakfast, full english for ยฃ9.99. And it is perfectly located for the Monsal Trail and ither walks.โ
