“The twin room we were allocated was small with no wardrobe and very cold. The ensuite was next door out on the corridor. We asked to be moved and had to pay an extra 40 pounds. That room was much better.”

The heating seemed uncontrollable and the staff tried to help but without effect. The bathroom is a wet room. There is nowhere to hang towels. The extractor fan is very weak. We were not aware of a parking charge before our arrival. Parking is limited with insufficient spaces. ”
