“We stayed for one night, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The room had several cockroaches, there was hair everywhere, the bed wasn't clean. The bathroom was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. The only positive thing was the air conditioning worked well and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. But overall, cleanliness was unacceptable. “주요 INN 체인시설보다는 별로인 모텔에 가까운 수준의 곳입니다. 시설은 좋지 못한데 방안은 청결하고 좋았습니다. 다른 숙박시설보다 방안 형광등도 밝아서 좋았고요, 시설은 별로지만 편안하게 잤습니다. 다만 2층짜리이고 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 저희는 짐이 많아 부탁하여 1층을 받았습니다. 조식은 와플, 빵 정도밖에 없어서 별로였습니다. 그런데 의외로 와이파이는 여러 곳 숙박한 중 제일 빠른 편이었습니다. 미국은 와이파이가 느려서 정말 답답할 때가 많더라고요. 윌콕스가 큰 도시가 아닌데도 이곳은 와이파이가 잘 되서 좋았어요. 주변에 큰 마트나 음식점들은 많아 위치는 좋습니다.”

“This Springhill suites was not up to our expectations based on our experiences with other Springhill suites in the past. The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs.”

“Super clean, staff was friendly attentive and helpful. The property is well cared for and reflects in the staff. Loved the breakfast, so much better than other establishments. Because the care and quality in evident we will always use Marriott. Great experience! Thank you!”
