“The air conditioning in the room is super loud other than that it was a nice location.”

“Do not stay here. Dangerous pool facility and worst customer service. My child was injured by a sharp crack inside the pool (toenail torn off). We filed an incident report, but management refuses to respond to our compensation request. Unsafe environment and irresponsible management.”

“Don’t be fooled by how it looks. It’s not the prettiest hotel, but a really solid value. I would stay there again.”

“Centrally located in Downtown Winston-Salem, within walking distance of good restaurants. The room was clean, with good breakfast selections and convenient on-site valet.”

“$15 per day parking fee that was not disclosed at check-in. Water pressure was a trickle and hot water took 3-5 minutes to appear. Bed had a lumbar 'hole' that caused severe back pain causing me to check out early. Mentioned it to the desk clerk at exit.”

“We enjoyed everything.”
