“I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming.

“Two night stay at Marwell Zoo.Nice 'safari' style hotel situated right next to the Zoo. Plenty of convenient parking and quite an unusual hotel but also very nice. Pleasant comfortable room and bar area. Nice but unexceptional breakfast, but overall very good value!”

“The Plough is in a very picturesque area and is also very conveniently situated and easy to get to. The room was comfortable and the pub itself had a friendly feel with an excellent menu. Beside quite a busy road but it was quiet at night. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
