“We loved our stay here at the Wyckham arms. Our room was clean and beautiful and well appointed. The food and the staff were exceptional. The end was quaint and historical and although bustling with activity, it was a very quiet and lovely place to stay. Beds were great. Great! Toiletries were great. We loved it”

“Ruime en nette kamer, rustig gekegen, maar de gordijnen verduisterden de kamer jammer genoeg onvoldoende. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is goed: op wandelafstand 15 à 20 min. te voet van het centrum. Goedkope parking aan het hotel maar geen mogelijkheid om elektrische wagen op te laden.”

“Lovely friendly elegant hotel. Spacious clean room. Great amenities and let us store our bikes securely within the hotel close to reception. Reception staff could not have been friendlier or more professional. Great breakfast. Perfect central location.”

“There is no guest house, it's a scam, fraud, fake. I want my money back! They accept booking, you get confirmation and you don't get room, they don't answer your call. Need to report it to every possible site!”

“Bathrooms weren't terrible clean. Rooms were hot with tiny windows. Couldn't get i to my room and called, said they'd send so.eone out and call me when there. 40 minutes later called again and was helped over the phone.. no one arrived or called. Wandered around for ages trying to find the entrance, e entually found a fire es ape that was open and just walked in. The main door is actually numbered no 3.. thought this was a room.. no signs saying Brookval guest house.”

“Room wasnt clean told them it needed a deep clean, stains and lots of damages on the walls, when i questioned this they said its a chemical they use to clean the walls, no breakfast was provided. ”

“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

“After a slow check in. Everything else went smoothly. Excellent dinner and breakfast.Very attentive staff. Highly recommended. Enjoy our nights stay. Great value”

“The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.”

Mal olor y insectos. Por los alrededores del exterior había ratas enormes como ardillas. ES UNA ESTAFA.”
