If we open the windows then the outside was also loud so no good options here. Amenities weren't useful or needed, wish it was optional to pay Amenitie fee but of course it wasn't. We basically paid the fee for nothing we needed."

"The Royal Hawaiian is a nice resort with easy beach access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We had booked an ocean view room, however we were placed on the 4th floor so our view from the balcony was a bunch of palm trees blocking the ocean."
