"The staff was pleasant, and it was nice that the staff asked on which floor we preferred to stay . But the facilities looked like they need a refreshing. Most problematically, the air conditioning was quite noisy. It did work well, so that was a relief, but in the other hotel we are staying tonight in Davidson, the a/c is much quieter."

"Equipment in gym not all working i.e. peletons? No scale in hotel or gym . A coffee machine in the room would.be appreciated. Also 2 bathrobes as opposed to one. Gluten free options in the restaurant.no sour dough bread Regarding staff....all excellent...from maintenance to front desk to valet."
