I liked it because it was walkable distance to downtown i didnt like about it was at one point we kept hearing repeatedly a loud pounding at times during the day like somebody wrestling shook the complex somewhat

Shabby and poorly maintained. Nothing was as pictured. Worst checkin experience ever, and I’ve checked in at least a thousand times over the years. Value was nowhere close to what was promised and was paid. If you see the word Natura, keep looking for somewhere else to stay.
