“I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the ‘icing on...

“A beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. There were a few other thoughtful treats but i wont spoil the surprise. Cleanliness of the cottage is definitely a 10/10. Cant fault...

“This is a delightful cottage for 1 or 2 people. Sofas and bed are comfortable; shower room stylish with a great sized shower. And with lovely underfloor heating toes were toastie all weekend. I was able to entertain friends in a relaxed informal environment which was great.”

“Great bar area with good beers and nice staff. Lovely room (though bed a bit softer than I’d really like), plenty of space & spotless. Bathroom - large so would benefit from a small table or shelf for putting your washbag on. Small bottle of welcome homemade rhubarb vodka supplied in the room which was much appreciated! Easy free parking. Dinner was excellent and our server, Annie, was fabulous. We both had the beef burger which was a fabulous lump of meat. Highly recommended. ”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very well furnished, with everything we needed plus extra luxuries. The dog hampers were a lovely touch & breakfast was excellent quality. No29 is highly recommended and we will definitely be back soon. ”
