“Very welcoming. Room was very nice and clean, breakfast was lovely check in/out was simple and fast. Definitely would recommend staying. Driving there from Kerry ring felt like a fairy tale drive.”

“I did not eat breakfast or dinner here (choosing to opt for small local cafe's and pubs) but the hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was picturesque and secluded. There was ample parking and the views at night and in the morning were stunning. My only complaint is that I wish the walls or doors were a little more sound proof as people were returning around midnight and woke me up. But I would definitly stay here again! ”

“Wonderful breakfast ”

“We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in...

“Ein altes Gebäude, das aber laufend modernisiert wurde. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstück ist gut. Im Barbereich bewegt sich die Barkeeperin leider keinen cm hinter der Theke weg. Der Gast muss dann halt die Tische reinigen. (Getränke holen sowieso) Geht gar nicht.”

“Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Bring a hairdryer and hair conditioner if that is important to you. We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value. There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel. ”

“The hotel is close to town and has a shuttle. The staff is exceptional, as is the food and setting. It is the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed. ”
