“There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. ”
“Everything met my family and my expectations. The only thing I disliked was the room keys would not stayed linked to the room and we would have to get the reprogrammed from time to time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. ”
“The room was nicely updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable (pillows were quite puffy, but I prefer pretty flat ones. not a huge deal though. Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed experiencing their auto-pancake making machine. My only real complaint is the parking garage was too low for our jeep, but there was ample street parking. ”
“I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. ”
