โFlat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area.
Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened.โ
โWhat stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge.
Pure comfort and luxury, if we didnโt have plans I would have chilled in the room more, thatโs how nice the room was. โ
โWe enjoyed our stay at your hotel a little. lot better than the previous visits as we had no water on the first visit and could not use the water on the second as it was boiling hot to the touchโ
โThis is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.
Convenient...
โA fantastic castle experience: itโs so much more interesting to stay in one than just looking. The staff were friendly and helpful and food was good too. There were a lot of stairs to negotiate to reach our top floor accommodation.โ
