"We had a great stay at the Sheraton overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only issue during our stay was the pool being closed due to an unexpected issue. While we completely understand that these things can happen and appreciate that some situations are out of the hotel’s control, it was still a bit disappointing since it was something we were looking forward to during our stay. Other than that, everything else was excellent and we truly enjoyed our experience. Would definitely stay again."

"This property I would never go back to you. Smoking up by a false salon. Fire. 7:30 in the morning. We were told we could not have any towels. There was only two in the room for four people. The cleaning Lady would only clean after we left. When we asked her to clean our room. After the first day. She said no. There’s a big hole in the wall on the outside and on the inside. Very poor neighborhood. I would’ve rated a zero if I could."

"It was avery comfortable room, loved being on the first floor! Close to breakfast, very convenient grab and go! Loved the full sized fridge and freezer. Overall all an amazing stay!!"

"SO happy I discovered Staybridge! There are several options in the area that may seem the same on the surface. Staybridge stands out for its warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s polished, tasteful, clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. A free breakfast buffet is always a bonus and it’s a decent offering - but breakfast isn’t my thing, so I’m not expecting much. For me, it’s in the details of the room. Everything you need in all the right places with working tech - which is a rare find!"

"Room was dirty. Was looking for earring back and saw all the dirt under the bed. Toilet was broken and patched on the back and there was hair in the tub. Outside looks run down. No refund available. We checked the bed for bugs and thankfully didn’t find any. The bed was the cleanest part of the room and it was comfortable for the night. The breakfast bag was surprisingly good (yogurt, apple juice, muffin). You get what you pay for."

"I truly don’t understand how a golf club could be as disappointing as this was. We clearly don’t drink enough to accept mediocrity as superb. Food was better at the airport. How does one get 3 different textures of rice noodles in one dish? Bar couldn’t make a simple drink correctly. I asked for 2 of the same drink in one glass so I didn’t have to fight the half naked teenagers screaming in the party rooms. I got a double shot of something vile in a single serve glass. Room temperature was completely awful the entire stay. The thermostat never read or adjusted to cool the room, even after three attempts to contact maintenance. The bed was clean. That’s all I can say positively. Should’ve stayed at a Hilton property."
