"It was a convenient hotel and well kept"

"I have been a Hilton honours member for many years unfortunately booking through a third-party broker you are not allowed or entitled to collect points on your hotel stay, which to me was news as this has never happened to me before at other Hilton properties throughout Asia. Our total stay was in excess of 10 days and I only found this out last min. Had I known I would not have booked the Hilton in the first place.. the property is listed as a four star rating but I would not classify as such. The rooms are very dated most likely due to the high volume of customers and the necessarily hygiene has become to lax The room floors are a timber veneer during our 10 day stay? We don’t believe that they were wiped any time.. once again I find this very poor practice in hotel hygiene."

"We had a lovely big comfortable suite overlooking the cathedral. The hotel is in the centre and very convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing etc. The reception ladies were friendly and helpful. The underground parking had many free spaces maybe because of its high cost of €32 per day. If you would like to avoid the traffic noise and tramps going past, must close the balcony doors, but it wasn’t an issue for us."
