โI enjoyed my 14 day stay at Next Apt. The studio is small, but the price was great value ($31 USD) and the location is excellent. There is a restaurant next door and a convenience store with fresh baked baguettes 1 block away. The face recognition system can be quirky and communicating via Whatsapp can be tricky if you have a US cell and don't have a WIFI SIGNAL. Also the entry code for the door changed every time you have an issue with facial recognition so that can be annoying. But overall for...
โCosmopolitan hotel near older financial center of Sรฃo Paulo. Despite Paulista Avenue is not considered the financial hub anymore (Faria Lima is the area where white collars work), the area is still of cultural interest and linked with metro and full dining options around. The hotel is gay friendly and the gym is very nice. The breakfast is also great. Full of international travellers. โ
