"The hotel is in need of renovation. The door trim on our hotel room was falling off, the bathroom and room were tired. The gym was not air conditioned and the breakfast was quite sparse. "

The bedroom was a good size but very neglected The bathroom leaked into the bedroom from the wardrobe (yes), the skirting and the toilet needed a bucket of water each time to flush properly. Mosquitoes in the room 14 floors up which surprised me when I got bitten, and the water tap (faucet) in the bathroom dripped constantly. All in all the area and location is fantastic, the hotel has many good points but the basics need attention "

"Had a great stay! Location was perfect; close to many tourist attractions and the park. Was great for running and walking around. Really enjoyed the neighborhood. The pool and breakfast were great as well. Would definitely stay again!"

"External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost."
