"Great experience staying here; rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. Staff was super attentive and situated in a great location away from the busyness of Myeong-dong, which we appreciated. Check-in/check-out process was efficient and timely. My only real complaint is that the elevators did take some time to bring us down/up the building. Having a convenience store located within the hotel grounds was great, in addition to it being 24 hours. Very convenient! Overall, we had a pleasant experiencing staying here and would definitely return."
