"Friendly staff and housekeepers and comfy bed. For me I would've liked there to be a wall mirror outside the bathroom, the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. Great location next to Myeongdong shopping area and night market. Also next door to 7-Eleven and GS25 convenience stores."

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
