Great location. Friendly staff. Very nice hotel with good sized rooms, and great views from the rooftop lounge. If arriving at Yokohama Station, the Sea Bass ferry is a great way to get to the hotel.

This new hotel is outstanding in every way. We loved the waterfront location near Chinatown and the Marine Tower. The staff is excellent and took great care of us. The room was large and well equipped with amenities. The hotel is very convenient to the subway.

Comfortable, clean room with all the amenities for several night stay. Amazing views from rooftop terrace plus steps from Yamashita Park and Chinatown for great food options. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend this Yokohama destination as alternative to busier, more expensive Tokyo! E took the Sea Bass ferry from near hotel to get to Yokohoma station, a fun way to see the city from the water. The ferry terminal is directly in front of hotel in park.

Fabulous hotel opposite Yamashita Park in Yokohama! We stayed 4 nights before a cruise and it was perfect. Breakfast is the best! Walk to Motomachi Chukagai train station to get to Shibuya in around 40 minutes without changing trains if you get the limited express on MM, TY lines. Konbini and Chinatown very close by. Highly recommended!

If you are going on a cruise, this is the perfect place to stay! Walkable distance to ship. Beautiful park to enjoy right outside the hotel. Very clean hotel with excellent breakfast.

An excellent hotel

An excellent hotel, modern, clean, large room, comfortable beds and pillows. They even provided pajamas! Great views of Yokohama Harbour from our room ( we booked a “classy” level) which overlooked Yamashita Park. The staff were professional and very friendly. Restaurant had wonderfully prepared and presented food and the breakfast was tasty!!! The restaurant staff were so friendly and nice. This hotel is right across the street from Yamashita Park, a few short blocks from Chinatown, and is easy walking distance to sites like Minatomirai and the Red Brick Warehouses. Close to Minatomirai Line too. If you can’t tell already, we loved this hotel.

A great find in optimum location

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room at the amenities that were included. This was a perfect location, 5 minutes.Walking distance to chinatown and the Port. They have a beautiful rooftop Lounge and a bar in lounge on the twelfth floor A very friendly staff. However , make sure they understand what you're asking. I asked about evening entertainment in the area and was told there wasn't any only to find out later that this is the The jazz capital of Japan. There are several jazz bars nearby. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Great views.
