Everything was perfect. The view from our window and the restaurants are amazing and the food was wonderful. The rooms are large with wonderful bath. The staff helped us with all our needs. I love staying at the gate hotel properties… Always wonderful!

We loved everything about the property. Awesome accommodations and great breakfasts. The staff are also to be commended and the location of the hotel is perfect. If we ever return to Yokohama we will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very nice hotel with good sized rooms, and great views from the rooftop lounge. If arriving at Yokohama Station, the Sea Bass ferry is a great way to get to the hotel.

Loved the location, the rooftop lounge area, the staff, and basically everything about this place. Room was nice, with compartmentalized toilet/shower/vanity areas, which is rare.
