“Good room”

“Full view of the beach. Brand new renovations throughout. I would revist York beach just to stay there. It was my birthday and I felt like a Queen. ”

“Hotel is across the street from the ocean! Nice spacious room with comfortable beds.”

“You can't see the beach from the rooms but it across the street. The motel is in need of updates and repair. We were in room 2. The guests on either side were extremely loud to 3 am, on a few occasions, making it an absolutely miserable experience. Grateful they allow dogs. The two dogs in room 1 were barkinng a lot and extremely annoying. Will not be back. ”

“Room had 2 queen sized beds. Microwave and Fridge. We went first weekend in October, they just did a ground cleaning in the building, everything was super clean. Friendly check in, fast check out. Across the street from the ocean ”

“It was very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The fixtures such as lights, bathroom etc are very nice, not cheap. The breakfast is pretty big for a continental, and the waffle lady is super nice and friendly”

“I give this motel a full 5-star rating. Everything was spotless from the moment we arrived the room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can tell the place is well managed and that attention to detail really matters. The staff also deserve a special mention polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!”
