No bathroom!!!!!!! Overpriced tiny room ! It says “ shared bathroom” no only the hot spring room which is for all the residents! A con a rip off. I am going to sue them get a refund. Liars. DO NOT go there!

It was a bit hard to find, as there are at least two places with the same name in town, but the inn itself is very nice. I was impressed by the room especially. They stayed open for check-in very late - 1:00 am- because we were going to be late arriving. Very flexible.

The public bath onsen didn’t seem like a real onsen- the water was mildly warm (almost cold), the cleanliness of the female changing room was disappointing because there was a lot of hair on the floor. No amenities were provided for a hotel that’s rated with a 3 Star (eg. Shower caps, hair brush etc). The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were poor quality. Disappointing. Uncomfortable stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Beautiful modern hotel - near the mountain
My experience with etavia Yufuin has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and caring. Helped with finding the best locations for onsens and where to eat. The communication was very good both via email and in person. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride for around ¥700. And the rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. There is an onsen within the hotel for male and female. Highly recommend!

輕鬆安靜
整體環境，房間清潔度都良好，又近由布院大街景點。老人家出入都方便。 美中不足是無餐點提供，晚上6:00後想食晚餐都有點困難。

전반적으로 괜찮았지만 기대보다는 별로였습니다.
숙소 안에 온천이 있다는 점이 맘에 들어서 예약을 했는데 생각보다 사용하기가 어려웠습니다. 실내 목욕탕은 주요 시간대에는 계속 사용중이어서 실질적으로 사용하기가 어려웠고 실외 목욕탕은 샤워기가 2개밖에 없었고 노천탕이라고 하기엔.. 그냥 실내 목욕탕이 밖에 있는 느낌이었습니다. 온천(목욕탕)에는 전반적으로 실망했으나 나머지 부분들은 괜찮았습니다. 1. 숙소의 직원들은 친절했고 2. 체크아웃 이후 짐도 맡길 수 있었고 3. 주요 관광지와도 매우 가깝고 4. 편의점도 가깝고 5. 방은 깔끔했습니다.

긴린코 호수가 가까운 숙소
투숙객이 이용할 수 있는 온천이 너무 좋았습니다. 체크인이 매우 늦었음에도 온천이 24시간 가능해 매우 다행이었습니다. 비록 방음이 잘 되지는 않았지만 로손 편의점, 긴린코 호수와도 가까운 장점 덕에 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

チッキは不可、バスの利用が便利
駅でチッキを利用し荷物を先にホテルに届けようとしたら、提携が無くて運んで貰えずゴロゴロと少し大変でしたが、ホテルのそばにバス停があり、帰りは1度駅まで行って荷物をロッカーに預け手ぶらで再び湯の坪街道を楽しめました。

シンプル・気楽
金鱗湖に近い分駅から遠く、良し悪しですね。おそらく私以外は一人(組)しかいなかったと思います。とにかく静かでした。全てシンプルで気楽に過ごせました。

必要なものは揃っている
金鱗湖に近く、とても便利なところにありました。また、スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。 無料の洗濯乾燥機が1台ありますが、三、四時間かかるので、使用するタイミングが難しいです。 音に関しては確かに聞こえますが、私は気になるほどではなかったです。

酒店位於由布院主商店街最後端近金鱗湖之處, 離車站較遠但與金鱗湖很近及周邊寧靜. 酒店內有溫泉, 大小足夠數人同時入浴. 物資亦算齊備.

共同風呂、部屋共に清潔。金鱗湖や他の観光スポットにも近く、隣にコンビニもあってとても便利だった。部屋は少し狭いが、大学生の貧乏旅には十分。価格もかなり安かったので、大変満足しました。

這次入住的是有個人風呂的兩大床的房型，房間非常的大，又不需要跟別人一起共用浴池這點十分棒。小缺點就是洗澡的地方離浴池有點小距離，在天冷時從洗澡點到浴池這一小小段路都很煎熬。旅店離車站也有點距離，帶著行李箱不方便，建議坐計程車比較好。

お部屋が綺麗で宿の方も親切でした。隣の部屋の声が聞こえるのは少し気になりましたが、ちゃんと寝れました。金鱗湖にとても近いため朝一で見に行けました。

番号キーでの入室なのでカードや鍵を持ち歩かなくて良いのでたすかりました。 入浴が共同の男女別の入浴のみ。 家族風呂はなし。露天風呂付きの部屋もあるようですが、家族での宿泊で、小さい子供を連れての宿泊ではとても不便でした。女風呂は明るく、カゴの設置、脱衣所から直で行けるトイレもあり、流し、化粧台などもありましたが、乳児を脱衣させるおむつ台がない…。 2万2千円でダブルベット2台のロフト部屋で予約しましたが、風呂なしで、共有風呂、食事なしだと高いな…。 コンビニ、湯の坪街道へのアクセスの良さ◎ 無料駐車場完備（4台くらい？） 1階ロビーに、コップ、お皿、お箸やフォーク、レンジ、ポット、ドライヤーがありました。 忘れ物がなかったのか尋ねたら、まだ部屋を確認出来てないの一点張りで臨機応変さにかけてました。 残念ですね…。 2階、3階が部屋になっており、エレベーターを設置されてはいますが、家庭用エレベーターで快適さは欠けてますね。階段利用する方が多いですが、階段はあまり綺麗ではありません。

部屋付きの露天風呂は最高でした(^｡^)
ホテルの作りは簡易的であり、廊下を人が歩くだけで部屋の引き戸がガタガタしてかなり気になった。 部屋の中はダブルベットが２つあり、寝心地は良かった。また部屋付きの露天風呂は、誰にも気兼ね無く家族で足湯したり楽しい時間が過ごせました。

구글 지도로 따라가면 열수없는 문이나와요....건물끼고 돌면 제대로된 정문이 나와요.. 방도 넓고 개인 온천도 가능하고 쇼핑할곳에서도 가까워 좋았네요... 버스정류장까지 택시 기본요금정도라 택시타도 괜찮을듯 싶어요

ゆっくりと、露天風呂にはいることができました。 すぐそばに、ローソンがあり、翌日の朝食も簡単に用意できました。 その分、朝の金鱗湖をゆっくり散歩できました。 急な、にわか雨も、タクシ--でうまくやりすごせて、宿の位置が良く とても助かりました。
