“Clean rooms and bathroom needs”

“Booked room (twin) not ready on arrival (35 minutes after check in open. Was told could be 30-45 mins which was not acceptable. Asked if any room type was ready and was offered a double. This room (303) was terrible. There was no where to sit apart from bed. Room temp was around 40c even with windows open. No fan in room and only a single towel. Bath taps only ran shower with no way to use bath and wooden surround was split, damp and breaking up. When reported to Reception was offered no...

“Very noisy because of the pub below so until 23:00 loud then from 05:00 in the morning music starts again and people singing so if you want to party I guess it’s the right place but if you want to rest get yourself a proper hotel room, me personally I wouldn’t go back ”

“Location wasn't ideal. Parking was expensive if used for overnight airport parking when early doors for travel. Very noisy with guests banging doors and outside due to location. Comfortable bed & pillows, ensuite small.”

“Comfortable and pretty convenient for an early morning Luton airport departure. Car park is a bit open and had broken car glass on the pavement which made me a bit nervous….”

“The place was ideally located.It was pet friendly and dogwalking areas within a 15min car drive, but only a car pk at the place.The room is similar to a "travelodge" and very clean.Staff are friendly and helpful.The Indian takeaway next door is both excellent value and delicious. Breakfast is continental buffet but can be eaten at the small eating area or taken to the room.I would definitely use this place again.”

“주변에 편의점 갈려면 10분 걸어야 되며 편의점은 기차역 근처에 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 괜찮은 편이나 제가 머물렀던 방은 난방시설(에어콘)이 고장나서 감기에 걸렸습니다.”

“This hotel is located at good location becasue there are many ristorantes. Specially I love indian and Thai food. The hotel is very long but renovated in the room. It was nice experience to live here. wifi is strong. every room design is different.”
