The staff from concierge to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were incredible. I was disappointed that the room did not have a refrigerator. The door to the room was misaligned and difficult to open and close. The HVAC unit did not communicate with the remote control. The elevator did not stop exactly with the floors creating a tripping hazard and difficult to enter with anything having wheels.
