I like that the hotel provided free shuttle between the nearest train station. Also staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious and loved view from our room 634. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Hongkong in future

Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

Very clean and big room

This is an excellent hotel well located a 5 minute walk from the MTR at Tsim Sha Tsui East. The rooms are amazing but I would opt for a harbour view and pay the extra, as we chose a city view and are looking at other hotel rooms. The breakfast buffet has a good variety but we arrived near the end and were seated away from the main area and were rushing to eat as the buffet was about to close and had long lines waiting at the egg station. This is the only reason I didn’t rate the buffet as excellent.

Service was excellent, large airy room, beatuful bathroom, pool and gym area gorgeous.

A/C in the room was excellent. Staff were great! Hallways of my floor had too much air fragrance smell...bad for allergic people. Overall, a nice stay

The room was clean, spacious and good amenities. The drawbacks included early check out 11am and prices.
