J'ai trouvé des énormes cafards pendant deux ou trois nuits. Personne à la réception pouvait régler le problème, j'ai demandé une indemnisation , on m'a dit que L hôtel devait me contacter par mail mais je n'ai eu aucun mail ni aucun dédommagement.
