Hispaniola Beach Vacations

The resort was beautiful. The staff pleasant and helpful. There was no long line in the lobby when we got there. The room was as described. The hole resort is on a same level. The other buildings have a second floor. If yoy are wheelchair bound or have a stroller this is the perfect place. The beach is literally 2 min walk from main lobby. There is a wood ramp that leads to the beach at the end is a wheelchair platform with umbrella and beech chairs. The food is good . They have a decent amount of everything. Between vegetables, fish, salads, different meat dishes on a nightly basis. The fruits, desserts, delicious soups. The staff is on point refill your water and other beverages. Check out was a breeze.

Perfect experience, stuff maybe are tired so you don’t get the best treatment, sometimes there is cockroaches in the apartment, hope they work on that, food and parties and pool and the beach are so great

The bed was amazing and the staff were so helpful

I love how respectful and interactive the staff is. I love the food nothing is perfect but it is great for a fast moving and busy resort. Don’t feel entitled or you will get ignored. Travelers remember your the guest give respect and respect will be given back.

The place is amazing spotless cleaned! The food was excellent. I would say they need a little help with customer service at the restaurants. Overall and excellent resort, already seeing if we can book a return at end of year!

The bed was amazing and the staff were so helpful

We stayed in the adult only reserve ocean front room. The view was amazing. The food was average but initially better than any all inclusive we’ve been to. Our concierge was a huge help in booking our reservations, etc.: My husband got sick halfway through vacation and was in bed with diarrhea , fever and body aches. We had the hotel Dr come to our room and prescribe him medication.He was only able to eat saltines the remainder of our trip. Pretty disappointing when we payed the upgrade for the reserve and couldn’t enjoy the food and drinks the rest of the days. If we didn’t get sick and we were able to enjoy the rest, our vacation without any issues I would’ve rated a five star. Unfortunately, I also came home with severe stomach issues. I’m on day six now and all I have to say is make sure to bring your hand sanitizer and watch what you eat. if it looks questionable…..don’t eat it This was her six visits in DR and our last. We will not be going back.

Staff was amazing and property was pretty on the ambar, not super amazing on sister bahia resorts.

Had a nice time with my family. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was quickly responsive to any questions or needs we had. Reservations at restaurants were difficult to obtain even with staff assistance. Was told some restaurants were booked weeks in advance. Wish I would’ve known this so I could’ve been more proactive sooner. The buffet was hit or miss, just had to be patient about looking around. Usually found something good. The resort was lacking in organized activities for guests unlike other places I’ve been to. But overall it was a relaxing experience.
