The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a litle away from the more active section.

The staff (Juan, Aida(hostess in food area) Charity, Miranda (we think),the omelette makers and the young man who served bacon and potatoes in omelette area, all so professional and kind. Juan helped us in so many ways. Excellence in service. Great visit and experience while there for this past week (1/7/26-1/15/26) Hotel was clean. Food service good.

was told at checkin that parking was included with a room upgrade and that we had a ocean view. Upgrade was $150 a day. Had only a partial ocean view and they also charged us $60 a day to park. very disappointing

The room was clean, tasteful, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Pendry.

Wow this place is so charming and classy (and affordable!). The a/c is a bit loud, turning on and off, but I turned it off and the temp was okay. I really liked this place.
