The luggage carts weren’t usable for small bags. They were similar to those at the airport. I had to carry all my items and I have bad knees.

Checkin was easy and the staff was polite. The room was clean and seemed well maintained. The only problems were: the ice machine was down, and when asked for clean hand towels they had none. It is in a good location for getting around Rockport, Tx.
