Our room (junior suite) was very nice and housekeeping did a great job daily. The buffet was pretty good, some of the food items available each day were always over cooked but that is always a problem with buffets. Pools and swim up bars were very nice. Entertainment staff did a great job at main pool getting people excited and engaged. Didn’t care for the “men must wear long pants for dinner at restaurants” rule.

It was perfect from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this resort. Friendly, attentive, beautiful room and resort. Good was amazing. All restaurants surpaced our expectations. Staff was more than accommodating. Nightly shows were a treat. Room was huge, clean, modern, and quiet. The resort beach was clean and more than adequate in size. Pools were well maintained and immaculate. All facilities were like brand new. Top of the line in everything. We stayed at the resort the entire week and had plenty to keep things interesting. I could see us returning every year.

We traveled as a couple for a relaxing, quiet getaway, and it truly felt romantic and peaceful—exactly the escape we wanted. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, and it was incredibly private and made the trip feel extra special—especially with the butler service, which was such a nice touch. If you’re visiting as a couple and want to keep things adults-focused, I highly recommend spending your time at the adult pool and dining at the adult-only restaurant. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the resort. The only drawback was breakfast—the kids crying and screaming was literally every day, and it could be pretty distracting. There wasn’t an adults-only breakfast option, so if there had been another place to go, we definitely would’ve chosen the adult side. That said, we noticed when we sat outside at the restaurants, it seemed like there were fewer (if any) young kids around, and it felt much calmer. If you want to avoid kids as much as possible, stick to the adult areas and choose outdoor seating when you can.

Excelent and tasty all kinds the food. Looks like special sheff chooked it. The atmospheric, type of the gusts, the quietly and the very special architectural of the place inside the jungle, including few kinds of animals, make it the best place for vacation.
