⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Resort! Everything was excellent—the food was delicious, the resort was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great service, fun activities, and an amazing beach. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

The best all inclusive resort I’ve ever been to!

We stayed for 9 nights and there was not a day without some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The staff is very very polite and friendly, but they lack professionalism and training. Some servers in the restaurants don’t speak very good English, so that can be an area of improvement. The overall impression is that the whole operation is out of tune. Strong management and review of all aspects of operations is recommended. Alila is not on par with the rest of the Mayakoba hotels.

Nizuc is a unique experience for luxury travel. Everything is a tier. From the spa to the quality of the food to the staff’s hospitality. Can’t wait to return. Felt like home

Viajamos con mi esposo y dos niños, 7 y 11 años. La habitación perfecta, hermosa y con muy buen view, el gran problema está en la piscina que es muy pequeña y no tiene sillas de playa suficientes, tienes que correr para tener al menos una. Nosotros pagamos una suite con acceso VIP todo incluido y aún así, debimos pagar una cabaña en la piscina. El restaurante al lado de la piscina no permite el ingreso en swimsuit, eso significa no comida en la piscina y tienes que pagar extra si la quieres ordenar. Nos recibieron para checking en el área ViP y fue bien sin espera! Pero….. sales y un agente te tiene media hora prometiéndote cosas gratis por asistir a un desayuno o algo así…… y aunque repetimos muchas veces que no estábamos interesados, insisten a diario y empieza a ser muy fastidiosa la Situación. Comida rica, habitación cómoda, entretenimiento positivo.
