I absolutely loved my stay at Paradisus Cancun. The staff were so helpful and genuinely gave good vibes. Initially , i was sceptical about the food especially with having a 2 year old toddler. I can report that the buffet was amazing. Isreal, our family concierge was a 10/10. I can’t say we’ll be back again cos I’d love to see the other resorts but we’ll never forget Paradisus.
Only tiny tiny negative were the day time calls to check in on us - a bit annoying when you have a toddler who’s napping.
9/10 experience all round.
