It was the people, the impeccable cleanliness, and the flawless care poured into every single detail. The courtesy of the staff was on another level. Every greeting felt genuine, every interaction warm and thoughtful. You’re not just welcomed — you’re embraced. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, luxurious yet inviting. And the cleanliness? Overall, we thought that this was be best all-inclusinve resort we've stayed at in Cancun out of about 5 in the last 10 years. The beach was outstanding: blue water, very little seaweed, easy to get a lounge chair/spot. The pools were nice---also easy to get a spot; we liked that you didn't have to have reservations for the restaurants, but we never really had to wait on a table. And we never had a bad a meal---all 3 of the dinner places were great, and the lunch options & buffet room were alway good. The rooms were nice, the bathroom may have lacked a little privacy; the nightly entertainment was mediocre----one night, there was nothing. But there was usually a few things that were entertaining & well done. We almost never go back to the same place, but said next year we would consider coming back & inviting our son, daughter, & son in law.
