Fue una experiencia muy buena y agradable estar en el hotel desde que llegamos nos recibieron con nuestros apellidos en la entrada del hotel Nos dieron un Upgrade de la habitación nos dieron la vista al mar por ser nuestro aniversario una botella de champaña la habitación estaba linda una hermosa vista el personal muy atentos la comida bastante buena las piscinas a mi me gustó todo del hotel lo recomiendo mucho Nos hicieron masaje muy buenos también súper recomendado Y la recepcionista una persona muy linda amable yo recomiendo el hotel GR Solaris

We had a wonderful stay at GR Solaris Cancun! One of the things that stood out to us the most was how clean and well-maintained the entire resort was. The bathrooms throughout the resort were exceptionally clean and were constantly being checked and maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was willing to assist and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurants were also nice, clean, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the variety of food options available. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff—they did a fantastic job! Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and they kept our refrigerator stocked, which was such a nice convenience. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at GR Solaris Cancun. The cleanliness, wonderful staff, and excellent housekeeping really made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again! 🌴☀️🏖️ Outstanding staff: Claudia G. Marketing one. We like the Mexican Restaurant but the staff there are not friend

My stay here was amazing! Wish I had longer day. Definitely staying here again when next I’m in Mexico!!!
