It was a good stay from my wife and me. Like my wife said, it’s an airport hotel so it’s not going to be as nice as some hotels that are further away from the airport, I guess. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Knew English very well. The furniture was stained and a little tired. No Netflix or YouTube on the TV since it didn’t have any access to Internet so since we don’t speak German, that was not something we could enjoy. It was a good stay, but don’t expect luxury.

This was an amazing hotel for my family of 4! After cramming into small rooms in a couple of other cities, the Altstadt family room included a separate bedroom for our children (with three twin beds). The main room had the double bed (king-sized) for my husband and I, plus a separate living area with a couch, coffee table, etc. The bathroom was spacious and offered exactly what we needed. The bedding was so cozy and comfortable, a luxurious place to sleep each night! The comfortable lobby offers a bar with a great selection of mixed drinks, beer and wine. The hotel’s laundry service was much appreciated since the laundromat we planned to use was closed the days we were in Salzburg. The location of the hotel is great - a short tram / bus ride from the train station and just around the corner from a wonderful walking area full of restaurants and shops. The breakfast offered by the hotel was great for our needs and the staff in all areas couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. I’d love to return to Salzburg some day and this hotel is where I will plan to stay!

10/10 spot are you kidding me?! My only regret is I didn’t stay longer. Front desk was kind thoughtful helpful. Room was gorgeous and very much a boutique hotel and location was great as well.
