Need to have a microwave in room, room 432 was not as comfortable as room 421 which we stayed in recently. Pillows lumpy and hot water took forever in shower. Also not enough towels in room both days

The location was perfect for our stay! We were close to so many venue's and restaurants. Loved that we could easily get there from Pearson airport via Union Station. The hotel itself is beautiful and has been kept very up to date! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend to anyone to stay there and would definitely come back again!

I stayed with my two young kids for 4 nights and it was wonderful overall. The facilities and staff were topnotch and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. We'll stay there again when in the area.
Only con was the teeny tiny parking spaces, it was incredibly snug for a mini van in every spot.
