Very accommodating. It was extremely hot, they got us checked in early, and were super helpful getting us from the very back building to the front gate every time!

I go there almost every two years and I really like the location and swimming pool at this hotel. However, what I felt during this trip was that the attitude of the staff at the front desk did not match the status of this hotel. I checked in via mobile, but a room wasn't assigned for over two hours, so I asked some front desk staff, but they only responded casually and didn't seriously try to resolve my issue. Fortunately, with the help of a female employee, she said that the resort fee were not settled, and then she told another method, which resolved the issue. While outwardly satisfactory, it seems that front desk staff require a lot of training and attention.
