We booked a 2 days hotel with a flight from NY to Seattle and when we arrived we found out from hotel that there were no rooms available because the reservation was for 2 nights latter even . We paid for another hotel and as of today we didn’t get either a refunds even though we gave them 72 hours notice if the error in booking hotels and flights at the same time !!

The hotel was clean. Close proximity to shopping, pike place, and waterfront. Checking in was a breeze. Restaurant for food closes early especially on a Friday
