My recent stay at the Wyndham was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with fresh linens and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the environment was — it made it easy to rest and recharge after long days. The common areas were spotless, and the overall property felt safe, organized, and thoughtfully cared for. Every team member I encountered was courteous and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. Whether traveling for business or leisure, the Wyndham provides dependable comfort and excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable hotel experience.

The room was very clean with an excellent view. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Wide variety of food to choose from. Beach was wonderful. Would not use Destination Services for transportation. Extremely poor staff, service and procedures.

Room could have been cleaner

The staff here is what makes TTR so amazing. A special thanks to our awesome butlers Alex and Nacho for their exceptional service, and Jose and Jerry at the lobby bar for keeping the drinks flowing every night. Our tower room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously cleaned. TTR will continue to be our home away from home!

Room could have been cleaner

Very clean and updated, Staff was very welcoming, food and drinks were prepared quickly and very delicious. The selection next door gave the opportunity to walk a larger family resort. The timeshare reps I only spoke to for about 5 min and there was no pressure.
