The food there was HORRIBLE!, buffet was even worst! No different selection to choose from! The pool wasnt bad you could always finda chair for you and the family no more keycard entry to the rooms which was a plus! Good kids waterpark and area! The cleaning service took long for the rooms! and they didnt do a good job cleaning for a resort this large services and how expensive i expected more, the RUI Palace there in cancun never dissapoints! Overall I would never go back here again due to the food!! Staff waa okay the services!
