"Hotel , amenities , staff , location, views from property all was amazing . The breakfast buffet was good. But the restaurants were really bad. Maybe on or dishes were only good but rest are just very poor quality. They don’t know what they are doing in terms of serving sushi , or Mediterranean food"

"I loved the hospitality of everyone at the Resort. Everyone has a role and all staff are helpful to each other which I feel makes the job easier for them, so they’re not overwhelmed. This creates a better experience for us the customer. Everyone has a such a welcoming aura and vibe which made it very hard for us to leave the last day. I would recommend this resort a million times."

"We reserved this hotel because of proximity to airport and they offer a shuttle to and from hotel to airport. Upon arrival at airport we were notified that they no longer have that shuttle service. We ended up spending &57.00 on a 8 min taxi trip from airport."

"The resort is big and has lots to offer, but the condition of the rooms are really bad. We had initially booked a room at the sunrise resort which had a horrific room. Stains on the walls, furniture, countertops and even towels. We paid another 1600usd to upgrade to the grand which was supposed to have nicers rooms, but it was literally the same condition, just much bigger since we upgraded to the governor suite since thats all they claimed was available. Its a nice resort, good amount of activities and restaurants with kind staff. But the rooms are trash. Room service also took 1-2 hours to deliver anything from toiletries to food and this was slow season for them. "
