Overall, we had a good time and the resort itself was beautiful. I liked that it wasn’t as crowded as some of the other resorts we’ve stayed at, and they had nightly entertainment, which was nice. I would say this resort is better for people looking to relax since it’s farther from the hotel zone and nightlife. It’s definitely a family resort, we mostly saw families with kids during our stay.
Unfortunately, there were a few things that really disappointed us. The kids’ water park was closed our entire stay. We were traveling with friends who had little kids, and one of the main reasons we chose this resort was for the kids to enjoy the water park, so that was a big disappointment.
I also didn’t like that most of the restaurants were closed each night. There were usually only about two restaurants open per night, and reservations filled up very quickly. Because we couldn’t get reservations, we ended up eating at the buffet three nights. Unfortunately, the buffet food was not very good, it was very bland and nothing special.
My kids did enjoy the teen room, which gave them something to do and kept them entertained for a while.
We still had a nice trip, but between the water park being closed, limited restaurant options, and the food, I personally wouldn’t return.

Food wasnt great but decent. Room was excellent and most staff, not all staff. Lots of beach activities. Lots of wildlife that we loved. Hated the swim times, got yelled at for an after dinner swim.. rediculas.

Staff was very unfriendly especially pool (where you pick up towels ) aside from being late no apologies or a good morning said. In the main cafeteria people are also unfriendly. Overall very dissatisfied with staff!!!
