My fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún. The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to Eric, my massage therapist, who gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. His technique was exceptional, and every dollar I spent was absolutely worth it. I’d also like to commend the kitchen team. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff was warm, attentive, and accommodating, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, I would rate this resort 4.5 out of 5 stars. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay, and this trip to Cancún has been a memorable and relaxing experience. I look forward to coming back!

Room was neat and tidy and hotel staff were very polite and friendly.

I like the location, it was hard to find the restaurants, no clear directions. Food was average, not much varieties.

Everything was amazing! I will definitely give this experience 5 stars. The only small issue was with the vegetarian food. Our group had 10 people, and everyone was vegetarian. The staff made sure to provide vegetarian options at every meal, which we truly appreciated. However, the taste of some of the dishes was a bit unusual. That said, we still enjoyed the trip a lot and were happy to compromise. For future trips, it would be great if you could include more flavorful and varied vegetarian options as well. Absolutely loved our stay! This was my second time back. Great service, wonderful food, and plenty of activities if you want them. Great spa service and wonderful hydrotherapy.

We stayed for 9 nights and there was not a day without some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The staff is very very polite and friendly, but they lack professionalism and training. Some servers in the restaurants don’t speak very good English, so that can be an area of improvement. The overall impression is that the whole operation is out of tune. Strong management and review of all aspects of operations is recommended. Alila is not on par with the rest of the Mayakoba hotels.

Great Place, Great Staff. My wallet was stolen at the Hotel the morning of my departure. Not sure if it was House Keeping, or if i left it at the front desk. That morning the cards were used at the hotel and they never flagged the multiple purchases internally.
